Week 10 of the Fantasy Football season begins Thursday November 12, 2015. The bye weeks are coming to a close and it’s time to shore up your rosters in order to be ready for the playoffs.
Teams having a bye this week are the Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers and San Francisco 49ers.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is available in over 70 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and his matchup against the Bills should be a good one. The Bills are allowing 259 passing yards a game including 5 plays of over 40 yards this season. Fitzpatrick on the other hand has thrown for 9 touchdowns and 1177 yards with 7 interceptions. Thursday night could be Fitzpatrick’s night.
Kirk Cousins is available in over 80 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and his matchup at home on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints might be a good one to exploit. The Saints allow 293 passing yards a contest including 11 plays of over 40 yards. Over the last 5 games Cousins has thrown 5 touchdown passes to go along with 1224 passing yards and 6 interceptions. This could wind up being a shootout in Washington on Sunday.
Dion Lewis is out for the season and there are two possible options for you to consider this weekend.
Brandon Bolden is available in over 90 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and James White is available in just over 70 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues. Bolden saw some action last Sunday after Lewis went down and racked up 12 ESPN Fantasy Points with 1 rushing attempt for 12 yards and 3 receptions for 27 yards and a touchdown. White didn’t play last weekend but it appears that he will be the main passing back for the Patriots this weekend. Since both are widely available keep an eye on this situation and act accordingly.
Marvin Jones is available in just over 55 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and he and the Bengals have an interesting match-up Monday night against the Houston Texans. I say interesting because the Texans have allowed just 245 passing yards per game but have allowed 7 passing plays of over 40 yards and 27 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. Over his past 5 games Jones has 15 receptions for 226 yards and 2 touchdowns including 2 plays of over 40 yards. Jones might be a good add this week.
Kamar Aiken is available in just over 60 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and he and the Baltimore Ravens have a terrific match-up this Sunday with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags have allowed receivers 280 yards per game and 5 plays of over 40 plus yards. Over the past 5 games Aiken has 15 receptions for 243 yards and 1 touchdown with one catch of over 40 yards. He’s the Ravens number 1 option and could have a big game this week.
Nate Washington is available in just over 55 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and has a very nice match-up with the Bengals on Monday night. The Bengals are allowing receivers 263 yards a game with 5 plays of 40 yards or more. Over his last 5 games Washington has 22 catches for 337 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 play of 40 plus yards. Washington could be a great add this week.
Heath Miller is available is just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Football leagues and he has a nice match-up with the Cleveland Browns. The Browns are allowing 254 passing yards per game and Miller has been reliable over his last 5 games with 16 receptions for 163 yards and 1 touchdown. Obviously Miller would be better off with Big Ben under center but against this Browns defense Miller might be a good addition this week.
Good luck this week Fantasy Football owner!
